My challenge was to equip a variety of agile teams creating complicated technical enterprise software with the tools that they needed to bring their work into alignment, both from an experience standpoint as well as a visual look and feel. I worked with a small team of designers to draft strategy, mockups of all products, and to design and document a system of design components with the accompanying implementation and usage specification.
I was responsible for the management of the design team, as well as adding in hands-on design, creating presentations and strategy, and writing the specification for the design system and its component parts.
