Slade and Dallas Sneak!

17 Aug, 2012  |  7:51AM

I just wanted to share one of the images that was captured last week at Slade and Dallas’ wedding! This one is by Katie, who rocked the role of second shooter and wedding date. I’m excited to find some time to go through the rest of the pictures. The wedding was really fun, despite the central valley heat. Slade rocked the dance floor, as expected, and the two were totally relaxed, peaceful, and happy throughout the day, no matter what happened.

Slade and Dallas, it was such a joy to share the day with both of you, and I’m so glad that we got to be a part of the beginning of such an amazing marriage. Congratulations again!

Katie and I decided to print the poster that I made of Mt. Fuji, but it needed a companion poster for where we wanted to hang it. We talked about a couple different things that would go well with the iconic mountain, and decided eventually that the statue of the little mermaid in Copenhagen Denmark would be a good fit. We weren’t sure if it would work graphically speaking, since the scale is way different, but decided it was worth a shot.

I’m really happy with how they turned out, we printed and hung them up, pictures to come!

P.S. Slade and Dallas’ wedding was awesome, I’m so excited to edit pictures and put them up, stay tuned!

Slade and Dallas

There’s something awesome about a person that laughs easily, makes random jokes and weird faces, but also has the capacity to be serious, mature, and have an earnest heart to heart conversation. Both Slade and Dallas are like this, they’re both incredibly fun loving, but also very caring, loving, and genuine. Katie and I are going to be capturing their wedding tomorrow, and I imagine we’ll see both sides of this wonderful couple. I can’t wait, it’s gonna be “ow-some!!!”

In honor of their wedding tomorrow, I’m posting a few pictures from their engagement shoot that Katie and I did a while back. Here they are!
